General Films

SK / SC / DC — General Series

Distinguished mainly by Shore A hardness and elastic modulus. SK is the softest and most elastic; DC has the highest strength and modulus and the widest range of sizes and thicknesses. All are transparent, pure solvent-free PDMS films.

Gas permeability: the thinner the film, the faster the transmission, and each gas permeates at its own rate — oxygen, CO₂ and nitrogen are not the same. Tell us the gas species and the thickness you use and we will quote the figure. All values above are typical, not guaranteed specifications.

Surface tack

SD Series — Tack Levels

Four-layer cleanroom film: protective / PDMS (elastic) / polyester substrate / protective. Select by tack level (T0 low, T4 medium, T6 high) and thickness. Tack is the same on both faces — there is no front or back to distinguish in use.

How to judge the tack level: T0 — no tack felt by hand, the film still clings to glass; T4 — tack felt by hand, but not pronounced; T6 — tack clearly noticeable by hand.
